Wir hatten den Gesamtbetrag bereits fr\u00fcher bezahlt, da der N$-Kurs gerade gut war.\nDie Abholung am Flughafen und die \u00dcbergabe hat bestens und schnell funktioniert. Der Wagen war sehr gut, auch sehr gute Reifen und vor allem das neue Dachzelt einfach aufzubauen und mit Strom versehen. Sehr freundliche Bedienung - und auch unser \"Afrika-Gep\u00e4ck\" war gut vom Vorjahr aufgehoben worden. Wir hatten in den 5 Wochen keine Panne - auch keine Reifenpanne und sind \u00fcber 7.000 km gefahren. Das Fahrzeug war komplett neu. Die Einweisung in das Fahrzeug war sehr umfangreich und es blieben keine Fragen mehr offen. Das Dachzelt (Hartschale) und die Campingausr\u00fcstung waren in einem hervorragenden Zustand und wirklich komplett, so dass der Urlaub in vollen Z\u00fcgen genossen werden konnte.\nDer Vermieter war immer erreichbar und fand sehr schnell L\u00f6sungen. Unser Fahrzeug blieb zum Gl\u00fcck verschont, jedoch gab es einen Defekt an dem zweiten Fahrzeug von Bekannten. Hier wurde seitens der Vermietung eine Werkstatt f\u00fcr den n\u00e4chsten Morgen gefunden, welche den Schaden in Windeseile beseitigte. Super Service!!!\nDie R\u00fcckgabe des Fahrzeuges erfolgte Sonntags und wurde durch einen Besch\u00e4ftigten der Vermietfirma \u00e4u\u00dferst z\u00fcgig und in einer beachtenswert freundlichen Art abgewickelt.
